All Pro Maids cares about your satisfaction and will do everything possible to ensure you are pleased with our service. If you have questions, problems, comments or instructions for our team, we'd like to hear from you. With your feedback we can make our relationship a long and happy one.

You'll find that the quality of our service will steadily improve as our cleaning team becomes more familiar with your property and cleans it on a regular basis. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Call us within 24 hours after your cleaning and we will rectify any problems free of charge.

Security
All Pro Maids' cleaning professionals care about your home and want you to feel comfortable with us on your property. In order for us to clean your home the team will need ready access anytime during business hours on your scheduled day. For this reason, most customers give us a key; special arrangements can also be made. In addition, our commercial clients need to know that we will not permit anyone to enter a building we are cleaning unless they have a key and use it to enter the premises.

Supplies
All Pro Maids come to your property fully equipped and ready to go. Our cleaning team uses specially formulated industrial strength cleaning products. All our products are safe for your furniture and appliances and are specifically designed to leave your property sparkling clean.

Scheduling
We will schedule your service for a specific day every week or every other week. Because our cleaning team takes the necessary time to leave each property spotless, we cannot guarantee the exact time we will arrive at you property.

Holidays
If your scheduled cleaning day happens to fall on a holiday, our customer representative will contact you in advance to reschedule.

Payment
Please place your check or cash in plain view on the kitchen table or counter before our team arrives. This is confirmation that you want our service. We'll assume you did not want your property cleaned if you do not leave payment. There is a slight charge for returned checks.

Pets
Be assured that we will be friendly to your pets and won't let them out of the property. We know, however, that sometimes pets do not like strangers on their property. For your protection and ours, we ask that you secure your pets before the cleaning team arrives.
